IQ Natural Aluminum Oxide Exfoliate Crystals

Today I would like to share my experience using the IQ Natural Micodermabrasion product made with Aluminum Oxide Crystals. I bought this product on Amazon for $9.95 (usd), which I find to be more than affordable for those of us on a beauty budget. The main reason I purchased this product was my desperate need of a deeper exfoliation, that I could do from home.

This product is very easy to use you just mix the Oxide Crystals with your regular facial wash and massage in a circular motion on your face. What I like about this product is that the Oxide Crystals are very fine in size and don't feel harsh when used. I also love the fact that the label states that this product is cruelty-free which means this company doesn't test its products on animals.

I have used this product several times already sometimes I use it once a week and other times once every two weeks just to make sure I'm not over exfoliating. I have probably used it about ten times and I'm still not even half way through the container.

When I use it I like to take my time and wash my face by sections, starting with my left cheek, then right one, forehead, nose and chin. For each section of my face I mix the crystals with a small amount of my Olay foaming face wash, and massage onto my already wet face. I do about 15 seconds on each section and then rinse throughly. 

After my face is dry I like to take a close look at my skin with a magnifying mirror and can say that I'm pleased with the results. My skin looks and feels smoother and my pores look much cleaner, which is what I love most. At the end I only use a moisturizer on my skin and go to sleep, with a fresh and clean feeling face.

Overall I would recommend this podruct to anyone who wants a deeper but gentle exfoliation that can be done from home. It has been more than a year ago since I bought this product so it now has an updated label cover. Of course there are other Microdermabrasion at home devices that can offer more visible results and that I would like to try in the future but for the moment I will stick with this product. I hope this review was helpful to those out there who wish to pamper and improve the texture of their facial skin.

Product review : Neutrogena Oil free moisture

An important step in any skin care routine is surely moisturizing. No mater what skin type you have moisturizing is beneficial nowadays there are special moisturizers made for specific skin types. You can find at the store moisturizers designed for combination, dry, normal, oily and sensitive skin.

Oily skin as mine doesn't need as much moisture as other skin types, because the natural oil from the skin maintains it moisturized. Even though I have Oily skin I still like to use a small amount of moisturizer after washing my face. This is when I tried a moisturizer designed for combination skin, the: Oil free moisture for combination skin from Neutrogena (4FL OZ).

1) Comes in a handy pump bottle, which allows out just the right amount for each use

2) The product is Oil free, so it won't clog your pores

3) The product is for combination skin, therefore it moisturizes the dry parts of the face and controls shine in the oily parts without being too heavy.

4) The product is Alcohol-free and Fragrance-free a plus for those with sensitive skin to certain ingredients.

Negatives

1) One bottle doesn't last long maybe 3-4 months at least for me

2) Very lightweight sometimes I have to reapply twice for m skin to feel comfortably hydrated



Final Word

I am truly pleased with this moisturizer for the reason that it's very lightweight and easily absorbed into the skin. Taking into consideration that I have oily and acne prone skin the fact that this product is is oil free is a big plus for me. This product does not target specific skin concerns such as wrinkles or uneven skin tone, but works great doing it's main function which is moisturizing.

Facial cleansing brush review

Once in a while I to try out new skin care gadgets mostly the ones used for facial cleansing. I have tried in the past facial, brushes, cloths and sponges. Several months ago I tried the facial scrubblet that comes along with the L'oreal 360 go clean facial wash, which I really liked (gadget) unfortunately I lost it. I decided to buy a different one this time and found this economic facial cleansing pad at amazon.com

Positives

1) Removes superficial pore clogging debris

2) Exfoliates skin lightly in a non abrasive way

3) Gives a facial massage as it cleans

Even though the instructions came in another language I was able to understand with the pictures what the small opening on the bottom of the cleansing pad was for. It mainly serves two functions as the pictures show. The second function of the small opening serves is my favorite one as it is very functional.

Negatives

1) Bristle tips are round, not pointy enough which would work 

better for deeper cleansing of the pores.

Final word

Overall I can say this product does cleanse the skins surface, not as much as I expected though. It can be used daily as it is not abrasive to the skin which is an excelent option for those with sensitive skin. I would recommend this cleansing pad for those with sensitive skin, but if you want a deeper cleansing the this is not the cleansing pad to choose.

                 Product review: Olay foaming face wash for sensitive skin

Olay's foaming face wash comes in several versions: sensitive, normal, and combination/oily skin. The

product comes in a tube like bottle, it contains 7.0 fluid oz. of product. This product is very affordable

it costs about $ 5.95 usd. and can be found in almost any drugstore.

One of the reasons I chose this product as a facial wash is because it's oil-free and fragrance free I believe that products that don't contain oil or fragrance are better for the skin. The second reason is that I have acne prone and oily skin therefore I only use oil free products.

  

I mainly use this facial wash once a day and at night I use another facial wash that helps control acne prone skin. This facial wash leaves my skin clean but not the squeaky clean that is so dry it hurts. One thing I really like is that it leaves my skin free of any oil, and make-up. After washing my face, my face feels soft and  smooth.

 This is a product I would definetly recommend. I am personally very satisfied with Olay's foaming face
